Rolento Schugerg vs Billy Kane
Cody Travers was a big disappointment, as Rolento realized, so he looks for fresh recruits to build his military nation.
He sees a potential recruit in Geese Howard's right-hand man, Billy Kane. Rolento descends onto Southtown. He finds Billy having after-work drinks at the Pao Pao Cafe.
To test Kane's worth, Rolento unleashes a volley of knives onto the Englishman, which Billy parries and dodges with expertise.
"Hmm...not bad," Rolento says, his baton at the ready. "Not everbody manages to avoid my knives."
"And who the hell are you?" Billy asks as he holds his staff.
"Commander Rolento Schugerg," Rolento introduces himself. "You look like a good man to join my ranks. Join me, Kane. Join me and help me build a mighty military nation!"
"Sorry, but I'll pass," Billy replied. "I already have a job, mate."
Rolento sighed. "Then I guess we won't be friends, won't we?"
