Rugal and Bison sends their respective assassins to eliminate each other. Problem is, they both run into each other while en route to their designated targets.

Vice and Mature have orochi power. also while Mature is fast with cutting air moves, Mature is a freaking she-male who can toss and break bones to her heart's delight. even vice can do the cutting moves. you got power and speed...........and with that booty.
noway they are losing to a cammy rehashes.

Vice and Mature for the easy win.
