Magics if Dante has Time manip?

i dont really know who all of these are either, whos 3. from magics and numbers 3,4 and 5 in Techs?

i mean Master chiefs scarab gun, i cant see him hitting Dante going at fall speed at Chief, not sure about Samus arans hyper form, never played those games.

Sieg has Thanos legion? he could kill them all i bet with that...Thanos legion stops time and sends out streams of energy bullets, loads of them at all enemies shredding them.
