Kael'Thas and Dar'Khan is rather chanceless in this fight. If given time, either one of the two could probably take him, but given his speed they would both go down.

Tyrygosa and Ragnaros are likely the ones with greatest shot against him. Since Tyrygosa is a dragon of the Blue flight, there will be no intangibility, no teleportation, no telekinesis and so on. She would melt him to a puddle of clay with bare thoughts. She has shown capable of such feats. Ragnaros can much like how other use telekinesis, set Sephiroth on fire with a gesture. He has an ability that melt any type of armor and weapon, so for Sephiroth's sake I hope he went unarmed and naked to the battle. Then also, sleshes by blades is just about useless against Ragnaros. While of course, people defeat Ragnaros in WoW, that is just game mechanics. In truth, a mortal weapon could never harm Ragnaros, given his elemental nature.

Sylvanas would have to hope that Sephiroth is not fast enough to cleave incoming arrows if she is to have a chance. Sure he would never get to use his abilities in the fight, but there is little Sylvanas can do other than shoot and hope for the best. I imagine she outspeeds him as well, and given her undead status she would not tire. I would give the majority to her, but only if Sephiroth is uncapable of blocking several arrows a second.

Illidan's flight and spell-weaving makes him rather tough for Sephiroth to crack. I imagine Illidan could take him in a melee combat encounter, but I think Illidan would prefere killing him from a distance with his vast arsenal of spells. If things turned to the worst, he would just start boasting the fancy powers he gained from the Skull of Gul'Dan and go all demonic entity on Sephiroth, laughing in a dark and evil manner while having Sephiroth taste his demonic rage.
