The finest Gears in the Coalition of Ordered Nations have a deathmatch. They fight in the multiplayer map Gridlock. They all get standard Gears weaponry--Lancer assault rifle, Pistol, Gnasher Shotgun & 2 Frag Grenages.

I haven't played Gears 2 yet (heresy I know), but going from Gears 1 I would say...
I dunno.  They don't really have singular feats that I'm aware of. Baird's got more general "intelligence", but I'm not sure how helpful that'll be.

I'd Say Marcus and Baird. Marcus has great leadership skills, he's one of the best if not the best out there from what we've seen and Baird's a genius. Dom and Cole are both great fighters but they lack leadership skills and Cole's a bit to gung-ho

IMO this depends on when it takes place--Gow or GoW2.
Why? Because in GoW1 Baird did not like Marcus and was always relunctant to follow Marcus's lead because he believed he should have been made the leader of Delta. This would mess with their teamwork and could potentially cost them their lives.
However by GoW2 Baird does respect Marcus's leadership and military prowess and has no trouble following his orders--well not as much as he previously did.
Marcus's skills as a leader and his ability to think on his feet are unmatched in Delta(IMO)

About Dom and Cole...well Dom is as good as Marcus when it comes to shooting etc, but he mostly follows orders. Cole Train is a physical juggernaut and he is the only one who has an actual feat when he makes his appearance in GoW2 by taking out 3 Locust Drones with a bang.

Dom and Cole. Seriously Cole is one guy I wouldn't want to have as an enemy. He may not be the brightest and is gung-ho but he's exceptionally good at being gung-ho. Like in GoW2 when he 'rendevous' with Delta.
