Imho, no. Dark Samus could probably beat him, and two space marines would too. He can't get through the ceramite armour they wear and they have access to las-cannons.
IE, laser-cannons. These cannons are so absurdly powerful that they can puncture adamantium(adamantite?) tank armour from across the battle field, liquify everyone inside, and spew them out the other side of the tank, which will probably explode.
