Normandy SR-2 vs. Arwing
Fox somehow pisses off Joker and the two get in their ships to go at it.
This is the new Normandy from Mass Effect 2. It has the Thanix Cannons, Kinetic Barriers, and new armor plating.
Who will win?

I say Normandy more often than not. It's plating and shields basically negate any damage Fox dishes out, and that Thanatix Cannon is beastly, it could potentially shear the Arwing in 2 with a single shot.
The few wins the Arwing does get is because of it's small size, speed, and mobility.

I don't know if the arwing can pierce the normandy's shields or new plating but it definately has it outclass in mobility.
