This is both of them with the powers they have portrait. Light theory is allowed.

With light theory involved Kain would have the powers of all his sons as well as those of the spirits the reaver had claimed as they were all joined/absorbed into him. Not many of his sons powers were that important, going immaterial could be useful.
What were Medivhs combat powers? what has he used in a fight?
