Wesker Versus All
The RE cast has been put through so much spite, and Wesker's sick of it!
It's gotten to the point where's he's quite RAAAGGGEEDD 
So, Wesker challenges everything in videogaming. Ever.
Wesker is bestowed with every plot device item ever created, made immune to reality warping, and infused with an uber Starman that lasts indefinitely. For good measure, he also gains the power of the chaos emeralds, and the power of hope. Oh, and he can run and react faster than light.
Who wins?
