And seriously, Guy tips the scales pretty badly in favour of the Final Fight cast.

Don't tell me you haven't played Final Fight.
Srsly, FF chars also use weapons.

And when it comes to skills, Guy and Haggar have a wider variety of moves compared to everyone in Streets of Rage.
