Yeah, I still think Megaman can win this. Allowing for certain special weapons, definitely, if not, maybe. Trillion degree heat is still all I'm sure that Megaman can't take. Otherwise I'm comfortable saying he's stronger, and possibly faster.

I've got to agree with MooCow. The Trillion degrees of heat resistance is pretty broken, however, heat is not the only thing Mega Man brings to the table, nor does his Mega Buster (or Mega Uppercut) rely on heat for its destructive power.
Mega Man is physically stronger than the good Captain. CC's Captain Gauntlet augments his strength 48 times. A really strong man can lift about 800 lbs. Multiply that by 48 and you get 38,400 lbs, or just under 20 tons. Mega Man has lifted many hundreds of tons.
As for surviving 100 meter falls, Mega Man routinely makes drops like this. His feet contain an air compression system which, along with his strength and Ceramic Titanium armor, allows him to survive terminal velocity falls undamaged.

Don't really see what MM can do to damage the Cap. He clearly operates on a larger scale than MM. I'm gonna go play Captain Commando to add more abilities. He does have more.

Not necessarily. The Space Shuttle's heat-reflective plating can protect it from the searing temperatures of re-entry, but a collision with with a meteor the size of a beach ball would still annihilate it.
To No End: A larger scale? Mega Man completely outclasses the Captain in strength. If special abilities are included in this, then Mega Man also has the ability to stop time, bend space-time, summon asteroids, lightning, and control gravity. He has many more powers than this, so I don't think CC is going to win an ability war.
