The RED Spy (TF2) v.s. The Gears
The RED spy is contacted by Mann Co. to eliminate a foreign team that refuses to purchase Mann Co. equipment. Or hats.
The Gears party of Gears of War fame.
The Spy is given one week of prep, spent studying his targets so that he can attempt to infiltrate and eliminate them one by one.

Well, if they're anything like they are in this vid (Which people tell me is basically Gears of War in a nutshell)
Then they'd attack anything, including possible allies, on sight. So, disguises probably wouldn't work well.
