Haven't seen what Patroklos can do, so I'll say Lars. If Patroklos can use either of the Soul Swords though, he wins.

The problem with many SC characters is their lack of feats. Patroklos didn't showcase much, despite being the protagonist of SCV.

Lars is his clear physical superior and would stomp in a h2h match. Even with the Soul Calibur, I'd still bank on Lars.
