Location: home, playing Guilty Gear Xrd.

Dante (DmC) vs Ryu Hayabusa

like the title says, Dante of the new game goes up against Ryu, the super ninja. this is a sword battle between the two, so no guns or any other weapons. In Dante's case, he naturally hase Rebellion while Ryu gets his Dragon sword. Dante doesn't get DT at all.

how does this go?

While Ryu has slightly faster reactions his movement speed is still equal to Dante's, who has greater strength, toughness with that regen to fall back on.

No he doesn't. Being able to aim-block is something Captain America as well as other human-level superheroes do on a regular basis.

I dunno, that scene with him flip-dodging machine gun fire and missiles would put give him about Mach 2-3 reactions.

Though that flippy-dodging scene.. eh doesn't look right to me.
