Goes the same way as the last thread. Between Armstrong and Raiden the main difference is that one is highly durable and the other has greater skill and a sharp blade.

Dante moves much faster then anything Raiden can keep up with, a bullet train is below child's play for Dante.
Raiden, however, is leagues above Dante in strength, but it wouldn't make much of a difference considering Dante's far superior speed and insane Regen.
Faster how? Raiden was literally stepping across missiles.

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Dante is astronomically faster then him in combat as well, moving just as fast as Vergil with a much larger weapon, during their fight, they were attacking so fast that the rain around them would never reach them, or the ground.
Also, how fast Dante can run would translate into a fight with a fellow speedster, because if he can run fast enough, his body can also move equally fast, which is going to be trouble for the Raiden.
The reason why this is, is because Dante could just run around him, over and over, tagging him with his sword.
Thats cool, Dante was casually and nonchalantly outrunning his sword, which was going fast enough to begin burning up on re-entry of non-existent atmosphere.
Those missiles aren't very fast and they were heading toward Raiden. Dante could literally run cirlces around Raiden and kill him before he could react
