Round 2: Sniper duel in Karkand from BF3.
Weapons: Leon has his Combat Knife from RE4, Blacktail with 60 rounds, TMP with 120 rounds, Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle from RE6 with 50 rounds and 4 flashbangs. Max has a large Machete, Colt M1911A1 with 60 rounds, Ingram MAC-10 with 120 rounds, Steyr Scout with 50 rounds and 4 smoke grenades.

Round 3: Knife fight in the slum of Rio de Janeiro. Leon has his Combat Knife from RE4 and Max has a large Machete.
Isn't bullettime actually a gameplay mechanic. And I doesn't remember Max reacting or dodging bullets. He can shoot RPG's and Grenade Launcher rounds in air, but both RPG and 40mm grenade rounds travels slower than actual bullets.
