The Agent(Crackdown) vs The Boss(Saints Row)

The Agent from Crackdown vs The Boss from Saints Row IV.

Round 1: Straight shootout in Donya Fortess from BF3.
Weapons: The Agent has a Colby Master with 120 rounds, Dempsey SO-6 with 30 buckshot shells, Colby EAR50 with 280 rounds and 6 Grenades.
The Boss has .45 Fletcher with 100 rounds, two Magna 10mm with 300 rounds and 6 Supression Grenades.

Round 2: Sniping duel in Caspian Border from BF3.
Weapons: The Agent has a SMG with 120 rounds and Sniper from Crackdown 2 with 50 rounds.
The Boss has a Magna 10mm with 120 rounds and a McManus 2020 with 50 rounds.
Range: They starts against each other from 600 yards.

Final Round: Melee fight in Time Square NY.
Boss has a Dildo Bat(Lol) and Agent has nothing.

Who wins and why?

This match is ludicrous.

The SR-verse has become very powerful as of late, its too big for any human to take, even comic Batman would lose to the Saints Gang.

So, the agent can fight private militaries all on their own, and yes, thats exactly what The Boss, did. You CAN take people with you, if you want, but you can also go alone.

Also, the boss canonically now has a suit of armor that gives him super powers in real life.

The Boss stomps this.
