The RE characters takes on the protagonists from GTA.

Round 1: Team gunfight in downtown from BFH.
Weapons: Leon has his Knife from RE4, IMI Desert Eagle with 40 rounds, AKMSU with 200 rounds, RPG with 1 rocket and 4 Flashbangs.
Chris has his Knife from RE5, Beretta 92FS with 80 rounds, Remington M870 with 30 buckshots, Assault Rifle for Special Tactics with 200 rounds, and 6 Grenades.
Ada has her Grapple Gun, Blacktail with 80 rounds, TMP with 300 rounds, Crossbow with 40 standard bolts and 6 explosive bolts and 4 Flashbangs.
Jake has a Nine-Oh-Nine with 80 rounds, Elephant Killer with 25 rounds, Sniper Rifle from RE6 with 30 rounds and 6 Grenades.
HUNK has a IMI Desert Eagle with 40 rounds, Remington M1100 with 30 buckshots, H&K MP5A3 with 300 rounds, 6 Frag Grenades and 4 Flashbangs.
Krauser has his Knife from RE4, his custom TMP with 300 rounds, his Bow with 60 regular arrows and 6 explosive arrows and 6 Flashbangs.
Jill has a Knife from Revelations, Beretta 92FS with 80 rounds, Grenade Launcher from RE1 with 6 grenade rounds and H&K PSG-1 with 30 rounds.

Claude has a Baseball Bat, Micro-Uzi with 300 rounds, Shotgun with 30 buckshots, Rocket Launcher from GTA III with 1 rocket and 5 Molotov Cocktails.
Tommy has a Chainsaw, Colt Python with 40 rounds, M16 with 200 rounds, Combat Sniper with 30 rounds, 6 Grenades and 5 Tear Gas Grenades.
CJ has a Knife, Desert Eagle with 40 rounds, two Micro-Uzis with 300 rounds, two Sawed-Off Shotguns with 30 buckshots, 6 Satchel Charges and 5 Tear Gas Grenades.
Niko has a Baseball Bat, Pistol with 80 rounds, Combat Shotgun with 30 buckshots, AK-47 with 200 rounds, 6 Grenades and 4 Molotov Cocktails.
Johnny has a Automatic 9mm with 300 rounds, Assault Shotgun from TLAD with 30 buckshots, Grenade Launcher from TLAD with 6 grenade rounds and 5 Pipe Bombs.
Luis has a Knife, Auto .44 with 40 rounds, Assault SMG from TBOGT with 300 rounds, Advanced Sniper with 30 rounds and 6 Stick Bombs.
Michael has a Crowbar, Combat Pistol with 80 rounds, Carbine Rifle with 200 rounds, Sniper Rifle from GTA V with 30 rounds, 6 Grenades and 5 Tear Gas Grenades.
Franklin has a Knife, Pistol with 80 rounds, Micro-SMG with 300 rounds, Grenade Launcher from GTA V with 6 grenade rounds and 5 Sticky Bombs.
Trevor has a Bottle that used to kill Johnny, Pistol with 80 rounds, Assault Shotgun from GTA V with 30 buckshot shells, Combat MG with 250 rounds and 6 Grenades.
Range: They starts against each other from 200 yards.

Round 2: Team melee fight inside an large empity hangar.
Weapons: Leon has his Knife from RE4, Chris has his Knife from RE5, Ada has a Knife from Damnation, Jake has a pair of Brass Knucles, Jill has a Knife from Revelations, HUNK as a K-Bar and Krauser has his Knife from RE4.
Claude has a Baseball Bat, Tommy has a Chainsaw, CJ has a Brass Knucle and a Knife, Niko and Johnny has a Baseball Bat, Luis has a Knife, Michael has a Crowbar, Franklin has a Baseball Bat and Trevor has a Bottle that used to kill Johnny.

Final Round: Team H2H without weapons inside an empity parking building. CJ can use his Boxing or Martial Arts skill.

Restrictions: Cheat codes, Vehicles, Healing Items, Krauser is not allowed to use his Plaga Arm, help from outside, etc...
