Well Tremor's skin altering abilities (lava skin, diamond, etc) can make him more resistant if not outright immune to being frozen IIRC. Sub-Zero could prolly still hold his own against him with the synthetic weapons made from ice though.

It would be a pretty cool fight if you would take away Tremor's ground manipulation tricks like turning enemy into stone...etc..
