That's a lotta nerfing right there, lol. Delsin can't even know who he is? Hahaha.
On a serious note though, even with only Smoke Delsin has shown intangibility in his smoke form. He's displayed superhuman strength just by being a Conduit. He can heal near instantly. Or like a Logia from One Piece he naturally becomes his element when he's hit. Because he got shot twice, and then was completely unharmed, but he seemed to be partially smoke as he stood up. Either way, Sub-Zero will have a tough time in melee as he shouldn't be able to touch him.
His ice could be a problem, but Delsin has a lot more range than him and can blast him from afar, or just do the Orbital Drop.
