Chewbacca could snap Vader in two if he was angry. If he wasn't, Vader would make him suck his Force.
Mace is bigger than Maul, but Maul looks lean and mean as hell. I'd have to say Maul, since he's doubtless in excellent shape.
Jango would beat the shit out of Boba. Jango is easily the deadliest non-Force using person in SW. Boba is just some ruffian in an overpowered suit.
Honestly? Malak would win. Malak is absurdly tall, probably something like 7'5", and was a soldier-Jedi, fit and trim. Revan's no pushover, but I doubt the Dark Lord's powers lie in arm wrestling.
TP Obi-Wan was in better shape than AOTC Anakin, and was older. He takes this one.
Qui Gon wins the arm wrestling match. Dooku is too old to tie his shoes, let alone pwn in arm wrestling.
I remember Dash being bigger than Han, so I'd say he wins this one.
Jar Jar is too rubbery for the rigid C-3P0 to beat, so the latter would have to sic his Ewok disciples after him.
c-3po would definately beat Jar Jar. In ine book he goes and starts crusheing metal things to help save some people. Anyways, have you seen the actor who played Jar Jar, he pretty ripped.

3po, since i saw him hold his own weight in aotc, i think he is kinda strong, and would at least beat musce-less binks
