Lord Hoth would win. Bane was the only one on either side of the battle to survive the thought bomb, but it wasnt directed at the Sith. Lord Hoth was also chosen to be leader of the Jedi Army and was a master planner(like Revan but not as good at it.) I rank Hoth in the top five Jedi of all time.
