I wish this poll had more participants. I would say empire wins because:
a) Their pilots are better trained, galactica boys are used to hit and run which would be their doom and cylons (though I like them) would not even stand a chance to TIE pilots
b) The star destroyers fire power is much higher that any battlestar and basestar together
c)If in the command of one of the basestars were Baltar, he would flee, using the other ships to cover his escape. Adama would eventually try to evade and vader would pound on them endlessly.
Note: I forgot to put the commanders on the question. So, It would be:
Empire: Vader seconded in command by Needa
Galactica: Adama seconded in command by Colonel Tigh
Cylon Alliance: Baltar seconded in command by Lucifer

Ok forget the old Battlestar series and throw in the new series if you've seen it, I like Star Wars myself but I think three of the new Battlestars and three basetars could give Star Wars a run for their money not to mention the fact that the Cylons could disable any computer system on other ships by computer viruses and the cylon raiders have FTL and they keep on coming after u all the timeand also there are cylons that look human and can infiltrate to any ship and cause sabotage, and on the Battlestar side well they got some good pilots, but I think the Cylons alone could take on the Empire.
