Actually, he probably hasn't got one since that incident at Mustafar. So Annie wins on account of being more of a man then his older self.

I think vader wins against his younger self because he has more experience and, knowing himself better, he would eventually force anakin to a stupid maneuvre like ben did and then we would have to vaders  being that, anakin would be grilled again
