Naga Sadow will beat Odun-Urr. Odun-Urr is really strong but Naga Sadow would be too strong for him especially in terms of force powers.

This brings up a good point; why no ancient jedi in versus posts these days? It's always the PT era jedi versus the tyrants of the ancient sith past.

Hm. Bad guys are always more attractive in the long run. I know every major Sith lord and dark side character in EU (for the most part) and I couldn't spell this guy's name right on the first try.
