Sidious would take him. He's just stronger than Bandon in all aspects of a duel. He also has more experience.

Bandon actually stands a good chance. He was the third most powerful person in Revan's Empire which included many Council Member Jedi Masters. Bandon has a great chance, actually, but Sidious does take him.

I agree. Bandon owns, and though he may appear weak for getting curbstomped by Revan - we must assume that Revan would be able to do just about the same thing to Sidious.

Why the heck would Revan even be able to touch Sidious who's the most powerful Sith of all time in the best time of the Sith? Bandon'd be wasted. Revan, too

Well, there are some articles that address and insinuate that Sidious was the most powerful of the Sith - and he was - at his own time. As much as I hate it, however, there are Sith Lords who can manipulate black holes, planets, ect. Sidious hasn't done anything on par with this, in terms of Force powers.

Read the EU on Sidious. You'd be amazed at the things he's done. Read my post in the other topic as well. 'ALL TIME' is not debateable and is directly stated no other Sith could compare to him.

At one point Sidious annihilates an entire fleet with nothing more than his rage, creating a force storm. That man's very existence unbalanced the Force

That was Dark Empire Sidious. This isn't.

Bandon was a Dark Lord of the Sith during the Jedi Civil War, a three year battle against the Republic and its defenders, the Jedi Knights. He was second in line to Darth Malak, and arguably one of the deadliest Sith in the galaxy in that time of Jedi schism. His official profile says he's never been defeated (Except for Revan, but of course on that one.).

Contrast this with Sidious, who by the time of TPM was slightly above skill level of Darth Maul, and later on was disarmed by Mace Windu with a kick. Do you really see a war-time Sith Lord losing his lightsaber from a kick? Or is this where you become a movie fanboy?

I don't know whether to laugh or weep. Sidious, at the time of Episode 3? Well, as stated canonically was the mightiest of, what's that word.....oh, yes.....well, ever. SLIGHTLY above Maul? You really have no idea what you're talking about. And Mace is only on the top tier, probably the best duelist....y'know, that sorta thing.

Take it up with Leland Chee. Or the sourcebooks...or the books....or Marka Ragnos...or the EU. Either way, stop pretending you know a damn thing about Star Wars

When you can deal with official sources, lemme know. Are flames your only response to this?

The funny thing is that he isn't. But you obviously haven't read anything related to Sidious, so you wouldn't know. What I find hilarious is that you whine about fanboy bias and hyperbole(of which there actually isn't any), when you can't post an actual argument against him.

You can't simply ignore certain EU if you're going to use other EU. Doesn't work.

Does that negate the possibility of it happening?

And we know Yoda can lift up X-wings....does it matter that he doesn't for ****s and giggles from time to time? we know Yoda can leap around like a crazed monkey...why doesn't he in ESB? We know Sidious can use a saber and leap around a room...why doesn't he when facing Luke?

He did indeed.

If anything, this is proof of Gideon's utter objectivity... Dude clearly had no allegiance to Sheev beyond what the evidence presented. smile
