Hmmm this is a toughy. Well, Yoda has beaten Mace before in mock combat, but I'm sure it wasn't exactly the easiest thing in the world for him to do. Despite the fact that everyone here is saying how Tiin, Kolar, and Fisto were wasted by Palaptine, it appears that they were showing Palpatine moving in slow motion. If you read the ROTS novelization, Tiin was momentarily distracted, and Kit held off for a few seconds. Kolar, however, just allowed himself to be stabbed through the forehead.
One reason why Fisto and Windu might have had trouble fighting Palatine at the same time was because the office restricted the space of the fighting. If this is in an open area, Mace could do most of the fighting with some help from the three lesser Jedi.
