ok well according to darth Sexy, TPM sidious was at his prime and peak of his skills and could move faster than the eye could see, im wondering if he can contend with DE sidious in a lightsaber match only, that means no lightning, no cheating and no force storm.
idk much but id like those who know alot about TPM sidious to voice their opinions on this battle

Darth sexy has far better knowledge than you do of star wars and a much better debator than you are, i rather trust him than you, According to him In TPM sidious was in his prime of his saber skills who could move faster than the eye could see, even Escape81 has mentioned this to me time and again, ill let them wtf pwn you for this one. Maul was amazed by his masters speed when in training. And even by ROTS when sidious hasnt picked up a lightsaber for 13 years. he still fought with amazing speed and strength. Imagine what he could have been 13 years earlier, especiially when he is at his peak.
DE palp may have been as fast i dont know, but he spent most of his time studying holocrons and before he got into his young body, for that 6 year period, he was in a old frail body and i doubt he could pull off any stunts without breaking his bones.

DE Sids was described as a "divinity"and "godlike" when fighting. The fact that his knowledge over the force goes ridicilousley far above TPM (that counts for passive force powers as well) makes me think he'd have far better pre-cog as well as enhanced force speed and strenght. (Figuring that he drained entire planets for more strenght, and could summon the entire dark side when fighting, being the avatar of darkness).
TPM Sidious was still not good enough to outclass an enraged Maul, and almost lost to him. Now I don't see that happening to DE Sids exactly, who faced people like DE Luke and defeated him many times.

yea but still TPM sidious moved so fast you couldnt see him, and i highly doubt an enraged maul can beat sidious as you said. And by the way, sidious didnt drain the whole planet of byss, it was stated he drained the inhabitants of byss group by group, and his drain wasnt an insta kill

It wasn't I who said that an enraged Maul could beat him, it was the book. And I don't see where it said that Maul couldn't see him, he stated that if he moved a muscle, he would get killed. But when he got furious and tried to kill Sidious he actually got near to do it...
And it still enhanced his force.
Do you mean this is a fight with no force at all? That mean's neither can move at such high speed, and neither could effectivley use a lightsaber. Cause as I said before, DE Sids passive force should still be above TPM Sids.

i know but already by TPM sid has mastered force speed, its still the same by DE.
But anyways i dont know how he moved that fast, we will have to wait for sexy to comment on this since he knows alot about this, at the moment i cant argue anything yet

Ok look, yes TPM was at the peak of his game. But when I say "Siidous by TPM was at his peak in lightsaber combat", I'm never referring to EU Sidious. DE Sidious has a younger body, and is more agile and mobile and just flat out quicker with a saber than TPM Sidious. He was also moving faster than the eye could see during his fight with Luke.
And that changed when? Kas'im's skills weren't diminished by years rotting at Korriban....that TPM Sidious's skills were Palpatine's peak is simply laughable- I guess Sexy just forgot Mace was moving 'faster than the eye could see' at Haruun Kal.
The idea that Palpatine was unable to practice is also laughable. He has enough time to
A. Spend time by himself in his private Sith lair to conduct rituals
B. Continue studying information he owns
Considering he was planning on eventually confronting the Jedi and turning Anakin, think he may've kept up with his saber skills?
