Skywalker is a more formidable adversary than most would give him credit for, he has uncanny natural ability and skill with a lightsaber, but I doubt he could overcome a Magnaguard in single combat; they are personally trained by Count Dooku and General Grievous, and have programming in all seven forms of lightsaber combat.
