Both in their prime. Last time their duel got interrupted by Luke, but now it's a fight to the death!

Well, R2's zapper probably isn't as strong as FL, so yoda can easily block his only attack.
Then again, R2 can fly......

Well, R2-D2 didn't seem to be taking that much damage from Yoda's stick, even though he hit R2 many times.. I'd say R2-D2 takes this

Lets try and save it!

Young anakin Skywalker with 10000000 clones with World war 2 rifles against Blindfolded Obi Wan Kenobi from ANH commanding 600 stuka bombers with droids enhanced with AI chips as pilots. Planes have no swastikas, but the rifles have very small of them stamped in the cold metal.

Obi Wan cannot use his blaster, and his fleet is low on fuel.

However, Mace windu, commanding 1000000 Paratroopers is also there, and might just get in time to Help Obi Wan, if Sidious, who mans 10 anti aircraft guns with 17 Wookie warriors will not hit him.

Lucas says that R2-D2 is the most powerful character in the SW universe, so he definitely beats Yoda. However, if this wasn't ROTS Super R2-D2, but ESB R2-D2, Yoda would win, albeit with a tough battle.
