I'm thinking that Vader has all three, but note that due to his lack of agility and experience with dueling against a lightwhip, he may lose, or get challenged, at least, in the lightsaber combat.

Saber: Probably Lumiya. Vader only has the one saber and could be limited by the suit, while Lumiya's whip requires two sabers to fight it (unless, of course, you're LOTF Luke).
Force: Vader. No explanation needed here, I think.
All-Out: I'd say Lumiya, for the same reasons as the saber section. Though it would be much harder for her all-out.
Actually he isn't that slow considering that he was pretty agile in RODV and showed good agility in crimson empire against one of the best sword fighters.
Just note that in an all out fight its likely that vader can simply reach upon the force to influence the course of the lightwhip as the whips strikes rely on precision and kinetic energy.
To back this up heres a quote from RODV which backs this up when one of the jedis tried to do it on vader.
"His gaze fully engaged on the twirling blade, his heart hammering in his chest. Calling on the force, he tried to influence the course of the lightsaber, but either the Force wasn't with him or Vader's force abilities were overpowering his." RODV 216
So in an all out i don't see why vader wouldn't do that to a weapon he has little to no fighting experience against.
LOL requires 2 sabers to fight? I guess lumiya would shit on sidious to as he uses 1 saber. She would also take a dump on dooku and bane because they use 1 saber.
By your logic anybody with 2 sabers would tool mace windu and darth sidious.
And you forget that by TFU and the OT vader pretty much got over most of his suits restrictions. So i don't see how that is going to restrict him against a lightwhip.
All out despite vader being the one who TAUGHT lumiya? Despite the fact that he is a more intelligent fighter? Despite that his force mastery is much greater? Despite that his sheer raw power rivals the most powerful sith lord in the galaxy?(I got this from gideon whom got in from publius). Anywho he is 80% as powerful as somebody whom would destroy her in a fight.

All that we've seen from "TFU" Vader is N-Canon, gameplay feats from an unreleased video game, as well as him getting his lightsaber embarrassingly snatched out of his hand by a child... Only a wasteman would include that incarnation of Vader in a thread.
But the non-canon gameplay feats are being used to clearly show that Vader is a beast of Force potency and that the child who disarmed him has droves of untapped Force potential. That is their purpose and the clear intent of the writers. Ergo, it still must apply...
Ah and this comes from the joker whom actually brought up the issue of starkiller using the force to bring down a ISD on EOD forums and tried to pass it off as an argument.
More hypocrisy from this abomination to society, i think you should do the world a favour and start slitting your wrists.

-Sabers:
Luke was defeated by Lumiya in there first encounter, In the second he used a shoto to counter it and it worked, then in there third duel he defeated her quiet handily. What from my point of view made it possible for Lumiya to defeat Luke was that (to my knowlegde) he hadn't encountered another person wielding a Lightwhip, If I'm not mistaking Vader hasn't either, and is, from my point of view, not as good a swordsman as luke was when he fought Lumiya the first time, therefore I'm giving the Sabers to Lumiya. However if Vader has experience with battling characters with a Lightwhip then it could just as well go the other way.
-Force:
Vader, I don't believe any explanation on this is needed.
-Allout:
Vader has in this scenario the advantage off having the force and his lightsaber, which (as shown by Schwarzenegger above) will allow him to manipulate the Lightwhip, taking the only good card Lumiya has (from my point of view) away from her.
Well i guess you raise a good point utri, but note that in my opinion lumiya would beat vader in the saber duel solely because she is using a completely unfamiliar weapon to vader and had this saber duel been between normal sabers then vader tools her.
By the way, the part where vader destroys a massive multi story structure in the TFU preview seemingly is a cut scene.
