I just want to know what is the strength of some force user compared to Rots sidous like in %
example is darth vadewr is 80% of darth Siodous but what are others like..
1.asajj ventress
2. obi rots
3 mace rots
4 anakin rots
5 darth vader rise of the sith lord
6. darth vader tfu
7. darth vader rotj
8. count dooku
9. yoda
10. darth bane
It's difficult to judge this sort of thing for sure, because I'd say that one's power in the Force actually depends on a number of factors. However, based on what I know, and some common sense (like that any of Sidious' apprentices would be weaker than him), then:
1.) Asajj Ventress would be around 50% of Sidious' power.
2.) Obi-Wan would be around 60% to 75% of Sidious.
3.) Mace Windu would be around 80% (or more).
4.) Anakin would be around the same as Obi.
5.) Darth Vader (ROTS) would be the same as Anakin.
6.) Darth Vader (TFU) would be at the height of his power, so would obviously be at around 80%.
7.) Darth Vader (ROTJ) would be the same as in TFU.
8.) Count Dooku would be no more than 70% or so of Sidious' power, so he wouldn't be a threat to the master.
9.) Yoda would be roughly the same as Sidious (90-100%.)
10.) As for Darth Bane ... I have absolutely no clue!

You're right. She's pretty weak when it comes to Force power.

I take it you're asking for a gauge in Force potential compared to Palaptine? Because there's that and then there's the convoluted measuring tape of magnitude of power, uniqueness/difficulty of a technique, rate of learning etc. etc.
FTW on Ventress by the by----79%.
