Anakin and Dooku vs Sidious

Is the combo of Dooku and pre-suited Darth Vader enough to take on ROTS Sidious?

Unless the duo become the benefactors of extremely favorable circumstances, then no. Dooku was able to disable Obi-Wan with a negligible manifestation of telekinesis, and Kenobi and Skywalker demonstrate what appears to be an equal mastery of the Force. It stands to reason that the Emperor would be able to disable him with a similar exertion; and then it comes down to Dooku v. the man who held him in servile submission for over a decade.
