Boba has better weapons, and he can just blast Batman to bits with his blasters. And Batman can't reach Boba if Boba uses his jetpacks.
OT: I was just looking at some well respected members' history and some of their old threads/posts, and it was SO funny. Lord Lucien once asked if a Panzer group could defeat General Veer's AT-ATs. And he did a Jesus vs Malak thread. Manhattan barely made any threads though.

lol, u the man slash. This is definitly Dark Knight/Batman Begins Batman. This is IN Gotham, so Batman has all the advantages there,
its midnight, so ditto with the advantages, BUT... Fett does get everything, blaster pack, blasters, whatever else he usually carries.
Its too the death, Batman isn't stuck with his usual: Save lives inhibitions.
Fett is dropped into the city at 9:00 PM. He doesn't know where Batman is. 3 hours later, Batman is dropped into the city (Fett doesn't see drop) so... Batman has home-turf, but Fett has 3 hours to prepare.
I don't know who will win myself, its almost too close to call.
Hm...well, if Batman can get to his Batcave unnoticed and then spend several days making some super anti-boba machine, he wins.
Or he can stalk Boba and wait for him to go into a restaurant to eat or something (and to eat he has to take his helmet off) and then kills him ala long range to the head.
But in a direct confrontation, Batman gets trashed unless if this is H2H, and even then Boba might put up a good fight.

Batman sit's on a gargoyle drops silently down onto a building ledge, waits until Fett walks past him the throws a RC batarang to short out his jetpack then uses the Ultra Batclaw to pull Fett off a building or trips him up then glides down and takes him down. Or Does a gliding kick and then takes him down.

maybe the armour as described in LOTF, but that stuff above is actually just kinda funny. So many holes in it! if he wearing that, Batman could easily take him in hand-to hand.
I'd give it to Bman not because I'm a DC fanboy or a Batman fan because he's a martial arts master and Fett aint got shit on that.

Not all Out of Universe fights get closed though. I remember the one from a long time ago with the Predator's against the stormtroopers, and the Master Chief one as well, for a more recent example.

The topic has been under "let it die" interdiction by Faunus and Me since about halfway through. We've told him to drop it but he will not.
It would be wise, my friend, to retract the question.
ACTUALLY, I said VERY early on to let it die, but everyone ignored me.
And I actually won that debate. I voted Earth, and Earth won. A lot of you voted for Empire, and Empire lost. And if it was a spite against Empire, then it's your fault that you didn't notice it and voted for Empire anyway. And near the end especially you guys would ignore all of my posts that attempted to correct the thread AND my arguments defending myself and just post unsupported claims and rants.
For example: you guys (or at least Lord Lucien) claimed that I placed them too far away from America, even though I placed them in Mexico, which is RIGHT NEXT TO America.
When I explained that, you were just like "nu uh!"
Of course in all out Empire stomps, but the thread made it just a land invasion force, no air/space support for Empire.
