1. Maul stomps Grievous, Savage stomps Ventress
2. Maul toys with Kit Fisto, Plo Koon gets wrecked
3. Qui-Gon is killed by Savage, Maul lives and Dooku dies trying
4. Maul gives Mace one hell of a fight, Savage barely wins, Mace dies
5. Tie
1. Grievous/Ventress:
Well, none in team 1 is even able to take any advantage over Savage. And Mauls is quite better then his brother. So its a stomp.
2. Kit Fisto/Plo Koon:
Well, Kit lost to Ventress, and he's in the same league with her, I think. Plo is a bit better with both, force and sabers. He even forced Ventress to flee with broken arm. But he lost to Savage. So, even if Plo is somehow able to fight with Savage as equal, then again Maul's superior skill is deciding point. It's stop or almost stomp again.
3. Count Dooku/Qui Gon Jinn:
Qui-Gon was one of the finest swordsman in order, and was able to press on Maul during their fight on Naboo. He did better against Maul then Savage in my opinion (imo TPM Maul's saber skill are very equal to TCW Mauls's - TCW version is just much better with the force). Dooku on the other hand is strongest person here - with both, sabers and force. And this duel might be different then the others - in my opinion it wouldn't be 2x 1v1. Dooku can engage Maul in sabers, and helps Qui-Gon with Savage by using his force FL or TK. In place with a lot of space, Dooku might be even able to defeat both brothers by his own. Despite all of this, Dooku and Qui-Gon might be a nice team, with great teamwork. So Dooku and Qui-Gon take this.
4. Mace Windu/Shaak Ti:
Well, I don't hold Shaak Ti is such high esteem like most of you guys. I think she's below Kolar, Fisto, Koon, Bulq. Anyway, she's much better then Adi, so maybe she might be able to hold Savage for a while. Mace can kill Maul, but im not sure if he will do this fast enough. Yeah, Shaak Ti is weakest link, and it can go either way. Mace lacks better force feats, I think - if he would be able to force push or throw Maul, then he could help Shaak Ti with Savage and kill him with a seconds. But after his fight with Bulq, I doubt, that he might be able to do this. Yeah, it can goes either way. Maybe brothers' better teamwork may give them a small advantage. With Depa or Sora as ally, Mace would take this easily.
5. Anakin/Kenobi:
Jedi probably wins that. The only brothers' chace is to take out Kenobi with TK - maybe Maul would be able to do that, but I doubt. Anyway, there is their only chance. In sabers Anakin can defeat both of them, and Obi-Wan can defeat Savage, and is - at least - equal to Maul. And jedi's teamwork is as good as borthers' - if not better. So jedi 8-9/10.
The brothers might clear but this would be dependent upon circumstances and setting.
Some possibilities:-
1.) The brothers would experience trouble at 3 due to Count Dooku.
2.) The brothers might fail at 4, if Shaak Ti (in this team) is her peak incarnation. Mace can hold his own against majority in his time.
3.) Team 5 is also tough to crack. As per my observation, the brothers have advantage in case of effectiveness of their Force powers against the Jedi. Therefore, the brothers can win in this contest, if they play smart.
In the nutshell, the brothers can win/loose against 3, 4 and 5 teams.

Maul & Savage Die Easy To Mace Windu & Obi Wan & They Cry Like Babies & Go WAWAWAWAWAWA. But Sidious Threw The Fight & Far Stronger Then Mace Windu & THAT THAT OKEY.
Maul could probably last some time against Mace. But Opress won't last very long. Then Jinn wouldn't last very long against Maul either. Which would leave Mace vs Maul, which obviously Mace will win.

Um, given that Mace Windu alone was able to defeat Darth Sidious, who tooled the two Maul brothers with contemptuous ease, I don't see how the duo would stand a chance against Windu and Shaak Ti together. Windu just needs enough time to sink into vaapad, and then Maul's "whah I hate Kenobi" dark side rage will simply feed his own energies.
Furthermore, it's quite a stretch to denigrate Windu's strength in the Force; he's one of the few persons in history to have mastered shatterpoint, turns Sidious's lightning back on the sith lord at point blank range, and holds up an avalanche in Shatterpoint. Maul and Opress both get pinned by Sidious with no apparent effort.
