plus clones are only breed for war and battle they should be far more elite then a a squad of regular human soldiers

I'm not sure they have better weapons. Torrent Company seems to be armed with standard blaster rifles, whereas Havoc Squad uses custom-built heavy weapons, explosives and high-powered rifles and is equipped with the finest armor the Republic can provide.
