Grievous doesnt have his droids, in the season 2/3 forgot which season in an episode Eeth Koth was Pwning grievous but of course do you Grievous's plot shield the magna guards came and distracted Koth during the fight and Koth was defeated by the magna guards
Hm, fairly good question. We don't have a lot of combat feats from Koth, so it's fairly hard to judge, but it'd certainly be a closer fight at minimum.

Huh? Koth already fought off Grievous with a wounded arm, whilst being intimidated by several magnaguards, then Force owned him. He only got captured due to the magnaguards.
Why would Grievous do any better in a rematch on his own?
