Darth Krayt and his possy Vs Darth Sidious's apprentices

Darth Krayt, Darth Nihl, Darth Talon, Darth Maladi, Darth Stryfe, Darth Wyyrlok III vs Darth Vader, Darth Tyranus, Darth Maul

Most powerful incarnations of each character. Also Darth maul gets his saberstaff.

Fight takes place in the open plains of Dantooine. Darth Krayt starts off on the right with Nihl and Talon standing at his left shoulder and Maladi Stryfe and Wyyrlok at his left. 20 meters away stands Darth Vader with Dooku at his right and Maul at his left. Sidious chuckles and sais "Begin" and the two teams run towards each other.

Do the numbers win or can Sidious's apprentices pull through?

I think Sidious's apprentices would actually stand the best chance if Maul took on Krayt while Vader and Tyranus dealt with everyone else. Maul's growth in power and the physical advantage provided by his cybernetic legs work to bolster his own fighting style, while returning his saberstaff to him grants him far more defensive viability. With this in mind I think Maul could hold Krayt off for a good amount of time. As Vader and Tyranus rush into combat, they could take out Stryfe and Maladi very quickly to thin the numbers. Then Tyranus, being the more emotionally stable of the two, should confront Wyyrlok, while Vader takes down Nihl and Talon.

Of course there's also the possibility that they could be swarmed by the superior numbers of their opponents. Really in a fight like this there are a lot of variables to consider, but I think Sidious's apprentices definitely have a chance at pulling through if they play their cards right.

6 on 3 is a bit much, I feel. And I don't think Maul could hold off Krayt that long- there's the force factor to consider.

Wyyrlok could likely hold off any of the Sid apprentices longer than Maul could hold off Krayt.

Quite a difficult task. Maladi's not that easy to take out, heck, even Stryfe isn't a pushover (as much as I do make fun of him, he's known for telekinetically gripping people's hearts and nor was he brushed aside in saber combat), and this is a group known for working as a group, so they'll be harder to individually pick off than one would normally think is the case.

And that still leaves Wyyrlok, Nihl, and Talon, three vs two, joined by Krayt before all that long.

One final other possibility is if someone is taken down, but with not too big a wound, Krayt could actual help them and put them back in the fight.

in this fight Maul has his saberstaff so he will be able to engage multiple opponents at once more capably, also Dooku has held off two high level duelists, Anakin and Kenobi, at the same time.

Sure, and both Krayt and Wyyrlok wield multiple sabers so the same goes for them.

Hm, speaking of multiple, I wonder if Wyyrlok could use his illusions to get Maul to target the wrong person. If so, that'd be game over.

Sure, but there's enough high level duelists to go around.

Krayt and Wyyrlok are individually major threats, and the others are threats working together.

A couple different possible matchups-

First,
Krayt vs Vader
Wyyrlok vs Dooku
*All four* others vs Maul

This will... not leave Maul alive for very long ^^ Combo force powers, lightning from multiple side, etc.. There's fending off multiple duelists, but this is ridiculous!

Second,
Krayt and Maladi vs Vader
Wyyrlok and Stryfe vs Dooku
Nihl and Talon vs Maul

This one is pretty much the 'slow loss' route. No one is quickly overcome but every matchup goes to team 1.

Third,
Krayt vs Maul
Wyyrlok and Nihl vs Vader
Talon and Maladi and Stryfe vs Dooku

This looks ok at a glance, but Maul's very likely to be the first or one of the first to fall, then you have Krayt stepping in to a two-on-one and things go down. While casualties among the OS are quite likely, the outcome is still rather solid.

Fourth,
Krayt vs Dooku
Wyyrlok and Nihl and Maladi vs Vader
Stryfe and Talon vs Maul

Lightest on Maul, but Dooku's got a hard fight and three-on-one with Wyyr is going to be very hard on Vader. Likely another slow loss with casualties.

Fifth,
Stryfe vs Vader
Maladi vs Dooku
Everyone else vs Maul

Dunno why the One Sith would ever do this matchup, but it was suggested, so I'll go for it. Maul's reduced to a bloody smear in a moment, even faster and easier than scenario 1, certainly long enough for Maladi to hold out.

This basically allows the One Sith to focus all of their strongest forces at one of Sidious's apprentices at a time, overpowering first Maul, then Dooku, and leaving Vader with a 4-on-1 facing a mostly fresh Krayt and Wyyrlok.

Krayt is the best duelist and most powerful in the force out of all of them, Nihl and Talon are not on Kenobi or Anakin level when it comes to dueling, and the rest of his posy are even lower than that so maul and dooku should be able to take on multiple opponents at one time and still come out ahead, while Vader fights Krayt

Wyyrlok's above Nihl and Talon (Wyyrlok is, basically, Krayt's Dooku), and Maladi's a force-specialist who's able to hold off fairly impressive duelists.

Additionally, let me note how pretty much all of them use more force than Kenobi, these aren't pure blade fighters. The One Sith like to mix in force with their dueling, and having multiple One Sith use force lightning on the same target is a tried and true tactic.

Dooku could come out on top against two of the weakest ones, but three, depending on the three, is at best an even fight, and Wyyrlok + any one other has a significant edge on him.

Maul, most duos'll have the edge on him, as would Wyyrlok solo. They aren't pushovers.

There's two strong One Sith here, not just one, and the others are still a significant danger, especially to Maul. A Maul vs Nihl fight would be a pretty long thing.
