Could go either way. SOD Maul can take this with HIGH difficulty. He's faster and more powerful in the force than he was at TPM.

The two Qui-gons. One was a long fight. Two pretty much removes the fatigue factor from the equation.

I see no reason to think that TPM Maul couldn't replicate or surpass any of the showings that TCW Maul performed. He spent 10 years in hiding, going insane, and not training. IMO, TPM Maul could've been just under ROTS Kenobi in power and dueling, and TCW Maul's feats just reinforce the fact that he lost to Padawan Kenobi, due to arrogance.
