Luminara has supported a collapsing ceiling, chucked a wampa, supported those pipes that almost crushed her, and stalemated a force push from Ventress.
She is just as agile as Talon, and more skilled in sabers.
Luminara should win.

Not just shattered, but lifted it and created something of a 'tower' noticeably taller than her opponent, possibly weighing dozens of tons.
Supporting a collapsing ceiling (which already have some structure to help) and pipes is not as big.
Plus, aside from TK, Talon also has lightning edge.
Let me point out that Talon has never particularly lost a duel due to sword skill (onpage at least, it is implied Nihl's better). She was stabbed once right after being hit by a bunch of shrapnel, but Cade pretty much always wins due to the force. Luminara may be better, but Talon can certainly hold in sabers for a long time.
