Not sure how consistently Kenobi could replicate his feat against Maul and Savage.

Who cares about consistency? We assume character to perform his best. That means Kenobi that fought Anakin and Savage/Maul.

Actually I am not really sure about Kenobi's victory, though Kenobi's soresu would make this very very long battle that's for sure.
