Eh, Anakin was able to do really well in solo fights with Dooku by the end.
It's pretty odd that Kenobi was taken out so easily in RotS, it's a fairly low showing compared to how he performs in that timeframe in general (disarm Opress, demolish Grievous, defeat Anakin).

Kenobi and Skywalker underperform as a team in TCW, and that really bugs me, seeing as they should in theory be the dream team, but in practice in TCW, it usually doesn't work that way.

Kenobi is an amazing duellist, no question, but let's not forget every fight is shaped by circumstances.
* Disarm Opress- Kenobi had the advantage of a confined environment that limited his foes mobility as they kept getting in each others way. Plus, for all Opress's power he didn't have Dooku's skill and precision with the Force.
* Grievous was beaten because Kenobi could withstand his speed and power of his attacks. Plus Grievous couldn't use the Force (see above)
* Against Anakin there were a ton of factors including Anakin's mental/emotional state (despite what some people say, mental state has a huge effect upon one's abilities) and environmental hazards.
Personally I'd say that the duo have a very good chance of winning.

It's actually not. Kenobi is consistently shown to have bad Force attacks anticipation. His Force defense is actually great like casually blocking Dooku's lightning or Anakin's TK but he gets caught off guard with Force attacks rather easily, which both Dooku and Maul exploited well.
Also, Kenobi is arguably the worst team mate. Because he specializes in defensive fighting his offensive moves are never effective and often cause him to do silly mistakes. Like when he attacked Ventress and got drop kicked. When Maul provoked him into offensive fighting, it was total embarrassment. Or when he bull-rushed Grievous and got kicked in the chest straight away. Or when he attacked Dooku and got hip thrown and then kicked.
Kenobi consistently performs well only when he goes full defense.
