Kolar is probably slightly better than Bulq, and Maul is better than either of Team 1. Fisto's Shii-Cho would benefit if he and Bulq were swapping between opponents regularly and if Maul opted to use both ends of his Saberstaff, but I doubt it's a substantial enough edge to win him the fight against Maul. Team 2 in a close fight.

Maul's duel with Sora might be interesting. Kolar and Fisto are about equals.
I would say team 2, because I believe, that Maul's advantage over Fisto is far greater then Sora's advantage over Kolar.

Kolar is the weak link and TPM Maul is the MVP here, it could go either way.
