I think Dooku handles either in a 1v1 scenario... but 2v1 is a long-shot.

Dooku would trash them both at once in lightsaber duel. But in that scenario, his skills might not be enough. If Dooku will be able to kill Plo at the early stage of the duel, he probably takes this. If not, then Starkiller's Force powers will be his undoing.

I see absolutely no reason to believe Dooku can school Plo Koon (he is after all himself a master duelist), whilst being brutally attacked by Galen through the Force.

Yeah, it would be impossible. But if he will be able to subdue Plo with his own powers, while fighting Galen in lightsaber duel (the way he was fighting Anakin and Obi-Wan in ROTS), he might be able to overhelm Marek and, let's say, kick him away. Then he will has a few seconds to deal with Plo, which might be enough. But in the other way, he wont be able to defends himself against Marek's Force powers and Plo's blade or Force powers as well at the same time.
