I actually think this could be a good battle.
Both fought in wars. The Exile was a prodigy in lightsaber techniques while Raskta was labeled as one of the most skilled duelists in her era.
Raskta stood up to Orbalisk Bane while the Exile stood up to the Sith Triumvirate.
Raskta might be the better duelist but she has weak force defenses. I can't think of any force feats that would give the Exile the edge though.
I'm leaning towards Raskta right now, but it could change.
