Depends on the setting.

Assuming custumary neutral ground Viti has a decisive advantage but I don't see a stomp without him having a DS nexus feats to count (wink ) too.

Vitiate from "Revan" would win comfortably, but it wouldn't be a stomp.
Even Yoda, Vitiate's superior in almost every way, coudln't stomp Dooku.
And unamped Vitiate without DS nexus? He would loose to either Dooku, Windu, Vader... Maul perhaps
