Not according to the new Star Wars databank which overrides the AOTCs novel.
"Anakin and Obi-Wan dueled the former Jedi in a hangar, but were no match; Dooku defeated both and severed Anakin’s arm."
"The two Jedi challenged Dooku to a lightsaber duel, but Dooku made short work of the younger combatants."Source: The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia
Seems like low-diff to me. Also when you throw in that Kenobi can still perceive Dooku and Anakin's fight (when he could not follow Kit Fisto's movements) seems to tell me Dooku was not giving it his all. Dooku has better speed feats than Fisto (fending off S6 Kenobi and Skywalker comes to mind).
“During a confrontation on Geonosis, Dooku easily dispatches both Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, but proves unable to gain the upper hand when facing Master Yoda.”

So yeah, Anakin and Obi-Wan weren't difficult for Dooku to defeat.
