Vitiate have [easily] defeated Strike Teams of powerful Jedi and/or Sith on different occasions, so I don't see why he cannot defeat this duo.
Example 1:
The legendary Jedi Revan and Malak confront the Sith Emperor in his throne room on Dromund Kaas. In mere moments, the Jedi lay defeated and consumed by the dark side of the Force.
From (Star Wars: The Old Republic: Encyclopedia)
Example 2:
The Emperor is more than a man - he is the living embodiment of the dark side. Armed with incalculable powers of corruption, the Emperor easily defeats the Knight, Master Braga, and their fellow Jedi, twisting them all to the dark side.
From (Star Wars: The Old Republic: Encyclopedia)
Example 3:
He allowed their plan to play out, but when they gathered to confront the Emperor, his punishment was swift and devastating. Eleven members of the Dark Council died in a sudden flash on the steps of the Citadel. The last member Darth Lokess, disappeared forever, though for some centuries some claimed her screams could be heard from the bowels of the Citadel.
No doubt he's great and all, but two *extremely* strong force users, of the Skywalker line.
They're a good deal stronger than Jedi Revan/Malak. They could handle Tol Braga's team too. Jacen studied all kinds of force powers, and with his sister assisting, they should handle Vitiate's force power pretty well. And in melee, well, no question on that two vs one.
In sabers, Vitiate's got nothing. Caedus is one of the best, and with support...Vitiate's not known for his saber skills.
Force, physical vitiate probably loses, Spirit Vitiate probably wins. Because Ziost is admittedly OP, and Jaina just isn't useful to her brother at that level.
All Out: See above. Vitiate's weaker melee combat doesn't mean much when he's a spirit. They have a better chance if Jacen is still Jacen and not Caedus, as they need Force Light or Force Harmony to take down a spirit, and Sith can't perform either.
Being a Skywalker doesn't makes someone invincible or unstoppable.
Assumptions here.
- Revan was already the most powerful Jedi of his era, as of this point. Malak was among the best.
- Tol Braga's Team isn't made-up of mooks but some of the most powerful Jedi of the Order. Only Vitiate was capable of defeating it.
- Jacen Solo isn't all-knowing. Vitiate have explored the Dark Side in greater depth then anybody else and likely have knowledge and command of techniques that Jacen Solo may not have experience with.
Vitiate have fought [and defeated] those Strike Teams. He have a good case.
Jaina Solo is likely a non-factor. She cannot take on Vitiate and last long.
Darth Caedus have demonstrated the capability to contend with a Jedi Strike Team - putting his martial abilities to good use - but he had circumstances on his side, he wasn't able to overwhelm it with his Force powers otherwise. He is not Vitiate.

You don't have to be vitiate to be able to take out a strike team. You just have to have the power. Caedus himself knows that the Jedi with the exception of Katarn are no match for him. Katarn couldn't oppose Caedus by himself and win at all but he could put up some type of fight. Also he still hadn't fully recovered from his fight with Luke. Also he did use force powers to overwhelm them on different occasions. Even with that he was greater than all of them, even put together.
Jaina definitly is a factor here. She may be the weakest one here but she is till powerful. Put her combined with her brother and these two while not easily take this battle with a good majority.
