If Saba is more powerful, it's not by a particularly notable degree. Not that she is based on anything she's shown, but her endurance is incredible enough for her to potentially win round 2.
Her physical power and ferocity are both considerable, but Sora's more technically skilled and diverse, and he's just a better duelist as a whole. He'd probably win a slight, difficult majority.
Master Jeisel stated that Bulq was as powerful as Mace Windu in the Republic comics. Just throwing that out there.
