Could go both ways. Plagueis wouldn't go down as easily as Revan and he is a superior duelist though I'm not sure if sabers would come into play in a fight like this where both sides despise lightsaber duels and have excellent application of the force and Plagueis won't know Vitiate is a shitty duelist. If he tries to defeat Vitiate with the force, he'd lose.

Revan should be a rough equal in almost everything with Plagueis, difference is Revan had significant knowledge of Vitiate.
